- All goods are stored and dispatched from our European warehouse situated in the Netherlands.
- All goods are dispatched via UPS using your own Honeywell account number or with Corporate Express Promotional Marketing's own carrier.
- All orders received will be dispatched within 24 hours not including weekends.
- You will be notified of any out of stock items via e-mail.
- All of the products in the store can be reproduced to carry Honeywell endorsed brands or Honeywell stand alone brands.
- Please report any delivery, quantity or quality discrepancies within 5 working days.
- To guarantee your satisfaction, you have up to 30 days to return any merchandise for any reason. However, non stock items which have been custom-imprinted or personalized cannot be returned unless defective.
